Will and Ashley met via online dating app BLK. Their first conversation lasting hours until the sun began to greet them both. After a conversation so captivating, Will wanted to act fast and KNEW a first date had to happen upon her return from vacation and before she had to go to IL for work for the next two weeks. During their first date, they scheduled the second date and haven't stopped "dating" since! It became pretty evident early on how the stars were aligning for this couple. Will and Ashley became exclusive. Exclusive turned into a surprise engagement in March 2025 where Ashley said "YES!!".

To our dearest family and friends, We are writing to share some unexpected news UPDATE EDITION — we have made the decision to (UN) cancel our upcoming wedding on August 8, 2026. To make it plain, with all of the moving pieces of our lives we thought we could cancel but these contracts say otherwise. So as the world turns, we are pivoting in a major way and very much looking forward to seeing those of you who can still make it to celebrate with us.
